Article I: Mutual Recognition
The League will recognize the government of the Augustin Alliance as the supreme government of all constituent regions of the organization, as directed by the Allied Commander, and in the absence of the Allied Commander, the Central Strategic Committee.
As a clarifying definition, the Augustin Alliance is considered the supreme governing body of the following regions: Conch Kingdom, Cape of Good Hope, Lands End, Ridgefield, Anteria, Dawn, and Narnia.
The Augustin Alliance will recognize the government of The League as determined by the Constitution of the Republic, led by the Consulate of the Republic as the community’s highest executive.
The Augustin Alliance will recognize the region Concord as an integrated territory of the The League as determined by the Constitution of the Republic, under the executive leadership of the Consulate and its appointees.
The League will not recognize or endorse any in-game WA Delegacy of an Augustin Alliance region that gained the position through the intervention of outside forces without explicit permission of the Central Strategic Committee and the recognition of the Allied Commander.
The Augustin Alliance will not recognize or endorse any in-game WA Delegacy of The League or Concord not held or mandated by the Consulate of the Republic as legitimate.
Article II: Non-Aggression
Neither signatory will engage in military hostility against the other signatory’s regions.
Neither signatory will conduct clandestine operations in relation to or against the other signatory’s regions or institutions.
If a signatory becomes aware of an ongoing or future threat of any nature to the regions or institutions of the other, they shall report it in good faith to the other. For the Augustin Alliance, the proper body to inform of such developments shall be the Allied Commander. For The League, reports of concern should be directed to the Domestic Security Bureau.
Article III: Additional Collaboration
Signatories will aspire to collaborate on cultural matters and are encouraged to, at their convenience, hold communal cultural activities between their communities.
Signatories will collaborate on World Assembly affairs when feasible and suitable to mutual interest, including but not necessarily limited to supporting the recognition of their respective members in the Security Council.
Signatories will not support any World Assembly resolution targeting the other’s regions without the express consent of the targeted government.
Article IV: Ratification and Alteration
The signatories of this agreement are the Republic of The League & Concord and the Augustin Alliance,
This agreement will enter into immediate force upon ratification by the Consulate of the Republic of The League & Concord and the Central Strategic Committee of the Augustin Alliance.
This agreement may be amended by the consent of both ratifying institutions.
Signatories may withdraw from this agreement according to their internal processes, though are encouraged to provide ample notice to the other signatory.

9th Anniversary Awards
The League and Concord
Introduction and Schedule
Welcome to the 9th Anniversary Awards! The 9th Anniversary Awards are a great celebration of how far out community has come over the past 9 years, the great things we have managed to do, and the amazing ways we hope to keep growing. This community has become a leader in a variety of ways, including our great military, defending those regions in need, our amazing role-play, with over 50 active nations, and our awesome and ever-growing community itself. The community has also fostered great leadership, with our Consuls and Chief Consul continuing the amazing work of those who came before, as we strive to help move The League and Concord into another great year!
- April 7-13 - Nominations
- April 13 - 16 - Voting
- April 17 - Winners Announced
Note: For all intents and purposes, the 'past year' in award descriptions refers to the period ranging from 1 April 2024 to the present.
Awards will be split into two categories - those that will be voted on and non-voting awards. The awards shown below are awards in which you're free to nominate others for, and then from April 13 through the 16th you'll be able to vote on who wins these awards from the list of those nominated. On the contrast, the non-voting awards will be awarded to individuals based on specific measurable feats/contributions, and won't be up for a vote. These awards (and their winners) won't be announced until April 17.

Liberation of the New Atlantic Federation Frontier
Earlier today, a raider force led by Lone Wolves United (LWU) was sent howling back to their dens, as the LDF, alongside our allies in Libcord, successfully liberated The New Atlantic Federation Frontier!

Office of the Director of Culture
The Republic of The League and Concord
Firstly, I would like to thank the Consulate, Consuls Spode, Gagium, and Kivu, for giving me this chance to serve the community as Director of Culture. I am also obliged to give immense credit to my predecessor, Gagium, whose leadership of the Culture department has allowed the community to grow and evolve in novel ways. I can only hope to succeed their successful leadership as best I can, which I promise to do. While I must recognize my own relative regional youth, having joined this community a year and a half ago, I can promise that I will apply my role-play and government experience to help grow this community even further.
As Director, I hope to do my best to help create a wide variety of events to encourage greater regional involvement and excitement. In my time as Director, I promise that my serve will be to and for this amazing and community and for its advancement. Our community has come very far, with the leadership of my predecessor Gagium, and it will go much further.

TL&C NFL Playoff Pick’em Challenge
TL&C will be running a pick’em contest for the 2025 NFL Playoffs in this thread. In a pick’em contest, basically all you do is choose winners for each of the games happening in the upcoming week. I’ve added a few things, bonuses mostly, that will hopefully make it even more fun.
On Tuesdays for the remainder of the NFL season, I will open the submissions for the week by posting a message that will list the games you’ll be picking winners from and the weekly question.
If you have any comments, questions, or concerns please feel free to reach out to me or Quebec on Discord (Username in my forum signature).
Good luck everyone!
The Rules
The rules for this contest are very simple.
1. Submissions must be properly formatted (Shown below in the Submitting Section) to be eligible for scoring.
2. You may change your picks at any point before the kickoff of the game; picks changed after kickoff will not be scored.
- Two points for picking the correct winner
- One point for picking a team that loses in overtime
Bonuses
- Solo Bonus: Being the only person to pick the correct team to win. Worth 4 points
- Lock Bonus: Each week, you choose the team that you are most confident will win. However, here's the catch: you can only designate a team as your lock once. For example, if you picked the Bills in week 1, you cannot choose them again for the remainder of the season. You earn 3 points if your Lock Team wins, but you lose 3 points if they lose.
- Perfect Game Bonus: Selecting the correct winner and scores for both teams in any game. Worth 5 points
- Question Bonus: Each week a random question about the upcoming week’s games will be asked. Worth 1 point, if the question is answered correctly
Submissions
To submit your predictions for the week, you must post your predictions in thread below using the following format.
Example submission:
NYG @ NYJ: NYJ 23-20
LAR @ LAC: LAC 45-42
HOU @ DAL: DAL 35-20
TB @ MIA: MIA 52-17
Lock: NYJ
Question Answer: Tom Brady

Plains of Perdition Awards
As the vast sea of grass that covers the plains turned from green to yellow, before finally turning brown, ahead of the rapidly approaching winter season. Another change swept across the plains. The forces of light, long oppressed by their hellish and dark occupiers, were at last able to reclaim control of their homeland, pushing those who occupied them back into the dark depths of the underworld from which they had come.
Sinker regions are game-created regions, commonly known as GCRs, where nations go after being ejected from other regions. Before the additions of The Plains of Perdition (PoP), along with its sister region, the Outback on November 26th, The Rejected Realms was the game’s only sinker region.
The addition of new GCRs is a rare and historic event, PoP and the Outback are the first GCRs to be added to the game since 2011, when the regions that are now known as Restorer regions were added to the game. Furthermore, gaining and maintaining control of these regions is a very important accomplishment.
The LDF was alerted of this development and sprung into action, ultimately deploying 24 enlisted members of the LDF and 4 civilians to ensure the stability and security of the Plains of Perdition’s new provisional government.
We thank everyone for their efforts; the following ribbon is awarded to everyone who participated in this deployment. We ask that those who participated in this operation remain piling in the Plains of Perdition until they receive orders to do otherwise. Additional pilers are not needed, so those who did not participate in the operation should remain in their respective regions.

25 August 2024 -- Meeting of the Consulate |

It’s been awhile since the Consulate has done a consulate meeting, and so we held one in a rather impromptu fashion. As it was an impromptu meeting, you’re getting a late and impromptu report of it. It's going here rather than the executive channel because I have no idea who has the roles to see it.
Big takeaways?
The League and Concord now have a variety of domestic projects that are still in the works, with a variety of public interest and relative priority. There's constitutional reform for making the legislative branch exist again, there’s the impending launch of the regional economy, and there’s recruitment– And all of these projects have interlinking concerns and issues.
During discussion on the logistics of how the regional economy would work, we all agreed that there’ll be some upkeep while the economy functions, and that there’ll need to be someone performing administrative tasks of distributing leaguecredits (I’m using the last currency as a stand-in for whatever the community decides as the currency name this time around) based on reports provided by relevant government bodies.
Quote:“Hey, that position sounds like something that should be outlined in a legislative package!"
Yeah, the person I invented to express my own viewpoint! Which is why it seems prudent for us to finalize the constitution’s new legislature prior to implementation of the economy. The unfashionable thing that needs to precede fancy new stuff.
I hope we can accomplish all this soon.
With regards,
Consul Mechanocracy
