We should have prizes awarded when recruiters reach a certain hour threshold.

X prize for 12 hours
X prize for 24 hours
X prize for 48 hours
X prize for 100 hours
X prize for 200 hours
etc

Maybe to start this we could try gold, silver, and bronze designations for hours achievements and give medals/honors for that?
