Nation / Region Tagging Codes

Hello all. Using MyCode, a feature we have on our forum software, I have (with some outside help), created a new custom code for us to use to make posting easier and more familiar. The one I've started us with is the nation tagging code, replicated exactly from how they are on NationStates.net. I've attached an example, the code you'd type to use it, and the displayed result.

It's not a substantial change, but hopefully it serves as a minor quality of life/convenience update! I also plan to add a region tagging code once I figure out the issue that it is currently having. Enjoy.
