Due to the supraregional status of Libcord, when the symbology of the alliance is changed, the Archivist of the Republic may update Article I and figure 5 of the appendix. The Archivist of the Republic, any Consul or any delegate of the Council, may suggest an amendment to Article I and the appendix in order to add or remove symbology which has become of regional significance or lost regional significance.
