Okay Wealthphalia, unfortunately German and English are both claimed. Dutch will work as a culture and a language if you want. Map wise, we are removing Eberherd in the next map update so you could take that land perhaps. Your population will be rather on the small side so your country's size should be a little bit smaller as well, I liked Options 2 and 3 I think.
