The League and Concord - 8th Anniversary Festival

Introduction and Plot
As a member nation of the League and Concord Alliance, an alliance that transcends time and space to connect nations across the multiverse, you're invited to send a delegate to the Prosperity Summit, an annual meeting between nations of TL&C designed to promote trade and peace between its member states. This is made possible thanks to the Rodier-Akhalaia Protocol Warp, an experimental teleportation device created by scientists in Gagium. After several years of research and testing, the first Warp system has finally been completed, allowing nations across the multiverse to send their delegates to the Prosperity Summit, hosted in the Gagian city of Fort-Anfree!

However, all is not as it seems. While development of the Rodier-Akhalaia Protocol Warp was kept a secret, the development of such an advanced technology quickly attracted unwanted attention. Hackers quickly discovered a flaw in the technology - while it was intended to teleport individuals from anywhere to a specific point, it could also be hacked into to teleport a concentrated group of people - for example, those attending the Prosperity Summit - to pretty much anywhere in the multiverse. With this in mind, mysterious forces working in the shadows labored tirelessly to set up a trap for the Prosperity Summit's delegates. They created a compound that was believed to be impossible to escape from, filled with mystery, danger, cosmic horrors, and even...humor?

And thus, the scene for the 1st Annual Prosperity Summit was set. One by one, delegates from across the League and Concord arrived, completely unaware of the trials they would be put through in order to have even a chance of returning to their home nations safely.

Rules:
  1. No godmodding or metagaming. Considering many of us may be unfamiliar with how character-based roleplay operates, I expect there to be some hiccups or confusion, but you are expected to roleplay as if you're in the shoes of your character (i.e. no knowing stuff that your character wouldn't know, don't do anything too overpowered, etc.)
  2. This roleplay isn't expected to be 100% realistic and you're allowed to apply with a character that wouldn't work in a roleplay like Terraconserva. That being said, you will be rejected if you apply with a character that's overpowered, and you will be removed from the roleplay if you can't follow rules consistently.
  3. As this roleplay will primarily be taking place on discord, it is subject to all the server rules. Please refrain from posting anything too innappropriate.
  4. Be respectful to all other roleplayers and, most importantly, have fun!

Julia Aemellia
26
New Illyrian / Matriarchy of Wolf Princess Mononoke (MWPM)
Premier of the Matriarchy of Wolf Princess Mononoke; Army Engineer
Bio (Can be as short or as long as you want):

Born in the town of Shango in the united Matriarchy of Wolf Princess Mononoke (MWPM), Julia was raised in the midst of deadly clan wars which raked the country and killed hundreds of thousands. Julia was descended from Illyrians who fled New Illyricum in the New Illyrian Civil War a century prior and her family quickly became a target of local MWPM nationalists. Julia's parents were killed in a night raid, leaving her orphaned at just 11.

Julia fled alone through the deep forests which covered the MWPM-New Illyrian border and eventually reached the icy Ferunalus River at the height of winter. Julia tried to cross the river, however she fell through the thin ice and would have frozen to death, if not for nearby Illyrian border guard who rescued her and brought her across the border to Porto Enateo. Mononokan warlords demanded her return from the Illyrian government, declaring Julia to "property of the government of MWPM." The New Illyrian government refused, and instead decided to intervene in the collapsed MWPM and free the nation. Julia was adopted and grew up in Porto Enateo, at the age of 18 she attended Trurnia University where she graduated at the top of her class with a degree in engineering.

Following her graduation, Julia decided to join the military in order to help finally end the long intervention and the half-century conflicts throughout the MWPM. Julia served with distinction in several campaigns, and eventually fought at the Siege of Iron Town, which finally ended the clan wars and established the MWPM as a protected state of New Illyricum. After the battle, Julia was named the Premier of the MWPM by New Illyricum, which she currently administrates.

Appearance (Description or Image, optional):

Tall, striking, rather thin, long flowing dark brown hair, dark green eyes.

Name: Tine Abel
Age: 41*
Nationality: Entropanian
Government Title: Assistant Commisioner of Finance
Bio: The government of Entropan keeps Tine Abel's personal details rather close to their chest. Despite the highly stringent transparency laws, loopholes have been discovered and arrangements have been made that mean that officially, she does not exist. Naturally, this uncertainty has become a breeding ground for conspiracy theories. According to them, she's a yeti, or a lizard pulled in from another universe, or a highly developed alien, amongst other suggestions. Maybe they're further to the truth than we would know. All that is known is that time will tell, as it always seems to.
Appearance: Her outfit is formal, but slightly anachronistic in places. Seemingly, she has collected several types of formal wear from places and times with different sensibilities, and moulded them into a coherent outfit.

Name: Ken Bochanan
Age: 35
Nationality: Hapat
Government title: Secretary-General at the Foreign Affairs Office
Bio: Ken Bochanan descends from the Bochanan family, a line of politicians, diplomats, and civil servants well-known for their allegiance to the country. Born in the city of Peairtchu, Bochanan's personality growing up was more reserved and cautious, often with no friends to sit with at lunch.

After graduating from the famed Rinnfriu University with a degree in Public Administration, and through his lineage, Bochanan was able to quickly climb up the ranks of the civil service. Eventually, he made it to the Secretariat at the Foreign Affairs Office (FAO), regarded as the highest civil service department you could reach related to overseas and other foreign affairs, at the age of 24 as the private secretary to the former Secretary-General, who so happened to be his second cousin. At the age of 27, Ken was promoted to Principal Civil Secretary for Multiversal Affairs as a reward for his dedication to work. At the age of 31, he reached Deputy Secretary-General. And at 33, he succeeded his second cousin to be appointed Secretary-General at the Foreign Affairs Office, becoming the youngest highest-ranking civil service officer in the nation.

Since his appointment, the Secretariat has been regarded as the FAO's true workforce. The Secretary-General's position eventually succeeded the FAO's principal underminister's, becoming charged with the day-to-day responsibilities, along with some other minor powers, of the Office. Despite these accomplishments, Bochanan still displays his shrouded and cold personality from his childhood.

Appearance: Most of time, Ken wears formal clothing, especially black suits. On some occasions, he would wear a white undershirt.

Name: Grigori Berezin
Age: 27
Nationality: Zloveshchiyan
Government Title: Janitor of the Conference Center
Bio:
Grigori Berezin lived in a small remote town far in the east from the city of Mirotvorets called Ryaki where he was influenced by various figures either through observation or direct interaction, teaching him kindness and determination since dropping out of school at the age of 7.

Since then, he's been learning from the townsfolk, helping them and relying on them until he went out of town to search for a job despite his lackluster education so he could support Ryaki like how they supported him, thus becoming a janitor at various places. The moment he gets his paycheck, he would send most of it away to his hometown, keeping what little left to himself. Regardless of his position, he's still found happiness just cleaning up and maintaining the establishments he worked at, reminding him of his times in Ryaki, and now he's assigned at a conference center holding the Prosperity Summit.

He'd still remember the promise he made since taking on this journey.
Appearance: One of simple nature, he'd often wear a coat, white shirt with gray patterns, blue jeans, and sandals when not working at his job. When working, he'd wear baggy blue uniform and brown boots along with a cap adorning a patch signaling the place he worked at.
Living through that reality made me wonder; does Friendship truly exist? Is Loyalty just an unreachable ideal?

Dave Billings, grew up in a small suburban town called Plumberia within Illinois just an hour of the city of Chicago. He grew up with his siblings, Martha Billings and Steven Billings, and his parents, Mrs. billings and Mr. Billings. The town was first established when a railroad accidentally ran through the beautiful downtown at around the year of 1878. The town has since been a traditional hub for aspiring tradesman including the Billings family which established itself in 1880.

Growing up, Dave Billings was taught the traditional norms and history of the town which encouraged him, at the age of 10, to learn the art of plumbing from his father. After that heroic act came graduation in which he applied for the plumbers school and was taught the art of plumbing.

The plumber's school in Plumberia taught him the true art of fixing and cleaning pipes. With Years of work experience, he witnessed the shady business dealings that his company would make, including one that would land him in the Prosperity Summit.

Appearance (Description or Image, optional):
Dave Billings would be described as an average sized man in height at a whopping 5'8, but when it came to weight, he'd be lean. From years of plumbing, his coworkers would comment on his declining hairline which would prompt him to feature a very shiny and balding head on the middle with hair around the rest of his noggin clinging on for dear life. His eyes would be brown along with his remaining hairline. At his job, he'd always have to wipe food from his mutton chops because of how bushy it is.

When it came to appearance, he'd always rock jeans, steel toe boots, and flannels or the Merican brand HarCart gear off duty. However for this summit he would be wearing overalls with a hat to display his company logo and his off duty clothes underneath it.
