Just a couple things to clear up and then you can reapply - that part of the map is already claimed (all the coloured areas are) so if you put in a new claim somewhere that's grey at the moment that'd be great.
Second just worth noting we don't use nationstates stats on our countries - the point of TRA is to worldbuild something fun and interesting so you can choose what you like within reason provided it's realistic.
Finally for the language/culture question we tend to ask about any irl languages you'd use as a basis for your nations language just so we can match it to parts of the world where it makes linguistic sense.
