Right above it, along some of that peninsula up to around halfway from Eserol, and including the small islands there. Capital city is North of Majocco's westernmost point, across from where the little tail is. Hope to expand in the future.
   

Thanks for your application! Just a couple of things need a change, or be clarified before we can accept. Firstly, your nation in the RP doesn't have to be the same as your nation on NS, so your population doesn't need to be the same. Our RP is focused on worldbuilding, there's no such thing as winning or losing, and because of that we don't allow people to expand their nations, your initial claim is your nation and then focus on developing everything about your nation!

If possible, I'd like to see an image of your claim, because it sounds like it's probably too large unfortunately. And second, what real language and culture is Verspertinnian based on, as that will impact where in the world it makes sense for your nation to be.

Okay, great! So, I'd like to have the same country as I have in NationStates. Since in the current timeline that I'm thinking of I want my country to be like almost brand new, I'd like for it to be around that sort of population if that's okay and exact numbers wise, I'd like it to be 5,133,326, and as time goes on it will slowly develop. Okay, thanks for clarifying, since I said that just in case that wasn't what the policy was, so thanks for telling me! Alright, that will work for my country.

Here's my ideal map of my country, but let me know how that is and I can change it if that's too big, and of course that can and most likely will change based off of the language.

For the language and culture, the Vespertinnian language is similar to English in grammar structure but word-wise has similar words to German, Russian, and Norwegian. Culturally wise, is a safe, compassionate nation with nice people and lots of beautiful rural area. Has amazing downtown scenes and amazing restaurants. The culture is also very similar to Scandinavia and a lot is based from folklore but there's a lot of modern popular culture similar to that of the United States.

Your country sounds creative! To clarify, our RP doesn't follow the statistics that the in-game nations get. So the issues that you make choices for, the population, religion that you determine etc. don't transfer over to the RP. We do this to keep it realistic, my NS nation for instance has 28 billion people. So your nation will start out with a fixed population and will start out with a fixed territory size and neither can change. 

If your nation is in the English language family then you are in the right area of the map. Your claim is quite a bit bigger than we'd want a population of only 5 million to be though, so you've got to grow the numbers or shrink the map.
