Language: American Sarduk(Essentially American English with lots of words trimmed off.Like how Sardukar speak from Dune)
Culture: martial prowess with pragmatic militarism to promote and defend national interests. People are nationalistic and patriotic towards the MSA.

I don't think that this would be compatible with what already exists in the roleplay in its current form. The map location and population could work (maybe with some size reduction, that would be something I'd delegate to our cartographer), but the language, capital, and culture aren't really in line with the aims/style of the RP- i.e. aiming for more separation from real life references and a bit more realism. Denied for now, pending any revisions.

The area of the map you specified would put you alongside Gjorka (Gaelic) and Ajakanistan (Russian), so similar or geographically proximate languages to those would be appropriate there.
