At first glance this seems like it could work- I wouldn't get married to the geography, as you might wind up in a different location depending on what Tuudi and Thyrakkian culture are similar to for integration into lore (we general try to group nations next to nations with similar IRL cultural or linguistic roots, or have an in-canon general historical explanation ready to go on how a culture or language got somewhere).  

Entropan, your current southern neighbor there, speaks Esperanto (the IRL conlang), Quebecshirite (French) and a few languages that I unfortunately don't recognize (but Google translate believes one of them to be Norwegian)- You can read more here to see if that works with what you're looking to do with Thyrakka. The wiki in general is the primary resource where you can find information about all the nations on the map.
