Preamble:

RECOGNIZING the existence of outdated legislation in the League,

EXPRESSING the need for all legislation to be up-to-date, and the impracticality of keeping ineffectual legislation as active,

WORRIED at a lack of action from previous rounds of delegates,

URGING council delegates to work on new pieces of legislation to address any problems currently faced by the League,

NOTING the lack of benefit or use of CRL 14 (An Act to Regulate the Private Market), given the present lack of an institution system in the League,

ADDITIONALLY NOTING the lack of benefit or use of CRL 0 (An Act to Create a New Government Puppet), given the use of the forums,

THE LEAGUE GOVERNMENT DECLARES:

ENACTS the "Futile Laws Act by Goobdo" (FLAG), to be recalled in the future in repealing impractical pieces of legislation in the League & Concord:

- CRL 14 is to be struck as null and void.
- CRL 14 is to be repealed.

- CRL 0 is to be struck as null and void.
- CRL 0 is to be repealed.
