A Yiddish-speaking minority would be much-desired as well, though IDK if there'd be a Jewish diaspora, and Ashkenazi one, as in RL. Preliminarily, the culture is largely Baltic/Eastern European, with substantial twentieth-century modifications inspired primarily by cultural trends in the 1920s USSR, but with lots of evolution since then
