Council Nomination Acceptance Act

Preamble:
Noting the lenient state of Council nominations, facilitating the addition of inactive and/or unknowing members to be nominated and appointed to the Council of the Republic,
Recognizing the benefits of ensuring that those serving on the Council are able to be active enough to carry out their basic duties,
THE LEAGUE GOVERNMENT DECLARES:
Prospective members of the Council of the Republic who have gained three nominations shall be required to verbally accept their nomination in order to reach quorum for their nomination.
Nominees who do not verbally accept their nominations by the end of the nomination cycle will not be eligible to serve on the upcoming Council.
