Preamble

Under the starry skies of Luminesa and the towering summits of Franconia, the Luminous Triarchy of Starlight and the Republic of The League and Concord have come together as one to affirm their shared values and friendship, exemplified by their shared commitment to defender values, but most importantly by their joint passion for the game Rocket Bot Royale, enshrined in the following declaration:

Article I - Mutual Recognition

The Luminous Triarchy of Starlight recognizes only the legitimate government of The League & Concord as determined by the Constitution of the Republic.
The League & Concord recognizes the Triune Circle of the Luminous Triarchy of Starlight, and any legally designated successor, as the sole legitimate government of Starlight.

Article II - Military Cooperation
  1. The signatories agree to provide military defense and support for each other’s legitimate government, as well as any legally recognized territories or protected regions, upon request. Under no circumstance will a signatory provide aid (either tangible or intangible) to any aggressor acting against the legitimate government of a signatory or any of its territories.
  2. The signatories will share any intelligence relating to each other’s security, and are encouraged to share other intelligence when prudent.
  3. The signatories will refrain from engaging in clandestine operations, espionage, or other forms of spying against each other.
  4. The signatories shall aid each other in delegacy transitions when requested.
  5. The signatories will engage in military cooperation when deemed practical and mutually beneficial.

Article III - Cultural Cooperation
  1. The signatories declare their shared commitment to Rocket Bot Royale.
  2. The signatories shall endeavor to host joint cultural events or festivals when deemed practical and mutually beneficial.
  3. The signatories shall invite each other to their respective cultural events.
  4. When hosting cultural events, sanctioned groups determined by both signatories shall be excluded from participation.

Article IV - World Assembly Collaboration
  1. The signatories will endeavor to support each other in the World Assembly when it is mutually beneficial.
  2. The signatories are compelled to support proposals authored or co-authored by each other’s members, except when in contradiction of other binding agreements or when opposed to the interests of the signatory.

Article V. Ratification and Withdrawal
  1. This treaty will be considered in effect upon ratification by both signatories according to their internal traditions and customs.
  2. This treaty may be amended by mutual consent from both signatories, and any amendments will be considered in effect once ratified by both signatories.
  3. Either signatory may withdraw from this treaty and nullify its agreements in compliance with their internal traditions and customs. In the event of a withdrawal, the signatory is encouraged to inform the other of its withdrawal in a timely manner.
