Petition for the Consulate to Create the Department of Roleplay

That the Council of the Republic does petition the Consulate for the creation of a new Department of Roleplay, through the reorganization of the Terraconserva Roleplay Association, under the following guidelines:

• That the Department of Roleplay will be under the official administration of a Director of Roleplay, appointed at the Consulate's discretion.
  
• That the administration of in-character Roleplay aspects, such as languages, cultures, and military conflicts, as well out-of-character aspects, such as the processing of applications, the organization of Roleplay events, and moderation will be a Roleplay Oversight Committee.
  
• That members of the Roleplay Oversight Committee will be appointed by the Director of Roleplay, and may be removed at their discretion.
