I’m definitely pushing it, I just won’t implement any laws and do whatever I want.

Not worth it, I don't lose stuff (for that long) very often anyway.
If you press the button, you get a sizeable home (3 bedroom 2 bathroom we'll say, plus other normal stuff with a couple acres), but it's in the climate opposite your preferred temperatures.

Considering I'm not even sure where the climate opposite of my preferred temperatures would be, I'll press it. If its that horrible I can always sell it for a good few hundred thousand dollars and get a condo in a comfortable climate.

If you push the button, you get an annual salary of $500,000 USD in the currency of your choice, routed to any path you choose. You will have to pay any applicable taxes on it, but otherwise it is perfectly legal and will not arouse any suspicion from the authorities. However, you cannot ever get married, and none of your romantic or sexual relationships will last more than a year or two. If you're already married, pressing the button will cause you to be divorced, but you can choose if that happens before or after you start getting the money.
