RE: Orders of the Republic Nominations - Quebecshire - 03-22-2023

Nominating Kivu for Order of Recruitment and Integration.

Possibly a bit overdue, but Kivu definitely deserves this one. He's been a titan of recruitment for several months (and hopefully many more!) and quite active as Governor-General of Concord (which isn't really officially defined but loosely relates to gameside activity). All of that alone probably justifies the award, but they've also been pretty critical in onboarding roleplayers and keeping records for things of that sort. Slam dunk nomination for a newer member if there ever was one.

I’d like to nominate The Eltran for Order of Recruitment and Integration.

At a time where site population in general has gone on the decline, they’ve powered through, recruiting the members who ultimately populate our roleplay, military, and all aspects of regional life, and for a record breaking amount of time as well.

Nominating Kivu for Order of Service to the Republic.

Kivu's service to the region has been pretty outstanding, and is across several fields. From diligent RP management, to being a recruiting powerhouse, and even a military officer, they've well earned this honor meant to recognize those who contribute so extensively.

Nominating Quebecshire for Order of Recruitment and Integration

For the first several years of the Republic, Quebecshire shouldered the entire burden of Recruitment, via mass telegram. In 2022, Quebecshire set up the League and Concord manual recruitment program, using Dot the bot. He maintained and administered the program, and was also a dedicated participant. Following the removal of the recruitment feature from Dot, Quebecshire set up another manual recruitment program with Asperta, while also sending and financing a long-term, stamp-based recruiting push that represents the vast majority of the Republic's recruiting for the year 2024.

Simultaneously, Quebecshire was responsible for evaluating citizenship applications and masking new residents, and was frequently the first person explaining the game and the region to new members.

For these reasons, Quebecshire is long overdue for this award
