An Act to Make WA Membership Mandatory for any Government Position

Preamble: To ensure the security of the region and integrity of the Council, this bill has been brought to the Council of the Republic.
THE LEAGUE GOVERNMENT DECLARES:
Mandates all Council Delegates to be in the World Assembly for the security of the region,
Mandates all government officials in departments under the jurisdiction of the Council of the Republic to be in the World Assembly for the security of the region,
Make and specifies exceptions for whose government duties requires them to withdraw from the World Assembly when need be,
Specify only department heads and the Consulate can give permission to withdraw from the World Assembly.
