This looks far better, however you population is still far too small, you should bump it up to somewhere in the range of 30-40 mil

Hello Entropan! I'm so glad you've expressed an interest in joining the RP. I don't have the opportunity to watch the whole video you posted at this time, so I'll take your word that you are trialing a system of government I am unfamiliar with. I assume that there is at least a parliament of some sort?
Also Reyk is right, 536 million is too big, we don't use NS stats in this RP, the largest population is 510 million. That plus, the map area you have chosen is quite far north, it wouldn't be able to sustain such a large population. Try something lower, along the lines of the nordic countries. Ten to twenty million perhaps.
