Fill out the following template to nominate individuals (or, for quote of the year, a specific quote - feel free to attach an image or discord link) for their respective awards. Note that you can nominate people for as few or as many awards as you want, and you can nominate up to two individuals for each award (this applies to the Terraconserva and LDF Awards).

NOTE: LDF officers are not eligible for LDF Member of the Year.
