An Act to Repeal CRL 7

Preamble: Seeing the lack of enforcement of CRL 7 and seeing how the current situation has greatly improved since CRL 7 was passed in June 2019.
THE LEAGUE GOVERNMENT DECLARES:
That CRL 7 is to be struck as null and void.
That CRL 7 is to be repealed.
