An Act to Create Regional Flag Day

THE LEAGUE GOVERNMENT DECLARES:
That the following be added to the Regional Calendar of The League:
February 27: Regional Flag Day
Description: This is the day that marked The League officially switching into a new era with the referendum of the new flag.
